SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship using Royal Mail Special or Signed For Delivery for most items. We use Parcel Force for larger items. All orders are sent insured and tracked. A tracking number will be emailed to you on dispatch of your order so that you can track your item. Your order will be delivered within 3-5 business days. UK delivery only**. We do not deliver to the EU or rest of world. We only deliver to card holders confirmed address. We are an authorised UK supplier. All stock is UK supplied and carries a full manufacturer guarantee. We subsidize delivery costs to our customers. We offer standard insured and tracked (3-5 business days) delivery on all orders at £4.99. We recycle packaging where possible.

** Please note we have currently suspended deliveries to NI due to custom issues relating to Brexit

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

As a consumer purchasing mail order you are entitled and welcome under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to a 14 day cancellation period. You may return the goods ordered within 14 working days of receiving the item and by doing so receive a refund (excluding the shipping and return shipping charges). Your refund will be processed within 14 days of the goods arriving back to NatureQuest. Goods must be returned in new and unused condition with all packaging intact (undamaged) together with all accessories, or in the case of used equipment the item must be returned in exactly the same condition as it was received. Many customers are unclear or confused as to what is considered acceptable in terms of assessing the suitability of equipment purchased online. In response to customers questions here are some definitions: You may unpack the item and inspect and test the goods to assess its suitability as you would in a shop to decide if you want to keep the item. Continued use beyond this may invalidate the return. Please do not unwrap and attach lanyards or straps to binoculars or other equipment unless you intend to keep the item as this may also invalidate the return. Goods returned under the consumer contracts regulations that show noticeable use or wear beyond that required to inspect and assess the suitability of the item will be returned to you and will not be accepted for a refund, or we may at our discretion offer a reduced refund that reflects the handling of the item and its subsequent reduced resell value up to the contract price, as specified by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We do not send goods out on approval or trial basis. You must inform us by email if you would like to return an item and we will issue you with a return reference number. Returns are not accepted without a return reference number. We would advise that you send all returns by insured and tracked delivery as we are not responsible for any return lost or damaged in transit. Please ensure you purchase the correct level of insurance when returning an item to us in case you need to make a claim for damage or loss from your chosen return courier. We check all items before dispatch to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If the goods you receive are faulty on arrival we will offer you an exchange or replacement. We will compensate you for the cost of returning the goods to us for the first 14 days only if on inspection of the goods they are deemed faulty. If no fault is found the goods will be returned to you. Claims for damaged, faulty or incorrect shipping must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods.
