Absolutely like new Kowa BD II XD 8x42 binoculars boxed with all accessories, unused. Essentially brand new, opened only to photograph. 
 
The Kowa BD II XD 8x42 is a light weight rubber armoured roof prism binocular featuring XD (High quality extra low dispersion glass optics) and phase corrected  BAK4 prisms. Nitrogen gas filled waterproof construction. Multi stage twist type eyecups. Specification: Field of view 143m, eye relief 17mm, close focus 1.8m, weight, just 640g. Complete with soft case , neoprene lanyard, rainguard and tethered objective lens caps.
 
The Kowa BD II XD 8x42 delivers extremely bright super sharp and very clear wide field images with excellent contrast , images pop. This is a perfect example with pristine lenses and body, complete with superb cross field resolution parity in both eyes and a very smooth and accurate focus wheel with no play. Collimation is exact. Twist eyecups are excellent and firm. Competes well with much higher costing models. Highly recommended.  Very good example of this popular binocular.
